Frankfurt, March 13, 2023 - NEON EQUITY AG (ISIN: DE000A3DW408) is expanding its portfolio on a broad basis, creating a diversified investment portfolio with a target value of EUR 400 million. The investment profile includes innovative, high-growth companies with an ESG focus. In this context, NEON EQUITY has just recently acquired a stake of around 9% in the international photo agency action press. In addition, NEON EQUITY advises action press on its international growth strategy and financing as well as in the area of tokenization.
action press has a database of 160 million journalistically keyworded images and videos and is one of the top 10 largest stock photo agencies in the world. By deepening the cooperation with the photo agency European Pressphoto Agency (EPA), action press customers from the DACH region can now also access all video production, clips and raw material from EPA.
