How to Sub­scri­be to the NEON EQUI­TY Bond 2024/2029

The NEON EQUI­TY Bond 2024/2029 can be sub­scri­bed start­ing on May 6, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. The­re are two opti­ons to do so.

Opti­on 1: Sub­scrip­ti­on via ​“Direct Place”

You can sub­scri­be to the NEON EQUI­TY Bond through your cus­to­di­an bank or bro­ker using the ​“Direct Place” sub­scrip­ti­on func­tion of Deut­sche Bör­se AG. The issue pri­ce is 100% of the nomi­nal value.

First, sel­ect the order type ​“Buy”. To exe­cu­te the purcha­se, enter eit­her the ​“Inter­na­tio­nal Secu­ri­ties Iden­ti­fi­ca­ti­on Num­ber” (ISIN) DE000A383C76 or the ​“Wert­pa­pier­kenn­num­mer” (WKN) A383C7. In the next step, sel­ect the tra­ding venue ​“Frank­furt”.

Then, choo­se the nomi­nal amount you wish to invest. The deno­mi­na­ti­on is 1,000.00 euros nomi­nal per bond, mea­ning you can enter 1,000.00 euros or any mul­ti­ple the­reof. The appli­ca­ble fees for the bond purcha­se will be char­ged indi­vi­du­al­ly by your cus­to­di­an bank or bro­ker.

Opti­on 2: Sub­scrip­ti­on via NEON EQUI­TY

You can also sub­scri­be to the NEON EQUI­TY Bond direct­ly through NEON EQUI­TY. A sub­scrip­ti­on form will be available on the web­site start­ing May 6, 2024. Sub­scrip­ti­on via NEON EQUI­TY is pos­si­ble until March 31, 2025, sub­ject to ear­ly ter­mi­na­ti­on of the offe­ring peri­od.

The allo­ca­ti­on of bonds of the NEON EQUI­TY Bond 2024/2029 will be at the sole dis­cre­ti­on of the issuer.
