NEON EQUI­TY AG pays divi­dends to its share­hol­ders in the form of bonus shares

Frank­furt am Main, June 28, 2023 - NEON EQUI­TY AG (NEON EQUI­TY, ISIN: DE000A3DW408), a foun­der-mana­ged inves­tor and growth enabler, has paid out a divi­dend in the form of a total of 4.05 mil­li­on free shares to its share­hol­ders. The share­hol­ders bene­fiting from the good busi­ness deve­lo­p­ment of NEON EQUI­TY in 2022 and bey­ond. The issue of bonus shares was resol­ved at the Annu­al Gene­ral Mee­ting on May 10, 2023 as part of the increase in share capi­tal from com­pa­ny funds. The share capi­tal was increased from EUR 40.05 mil­li­on to EUR 44.05 mil­li­on through the con­ver­si­on of retai­ned ear­nings.
